Accommodation

The interior is very solidly built, well insulated with good ventilation
and almost 6ft headroom below the coachroof.

Interior

The Head is in the forepeak with a Lavac toilet and wash basin.
Two very comfortable seats to port and starboard with warmth
supplied by a charcoal Hampshire heater.
Lighting - two oil lamps and 8 LED lights
Heating is provided by a Hampshire charcoal heater.
For dining and charting, there are 2 dual-purpose units with twin origo
alcohol stoves to starboard and dedicated crockery storage. There are
twin sinks to port.
Aft there are two generous quarter berths, which also provide seating for charting and dining.
All available space in used to provide multiple lockers.

Mechanical and Rigging

She has 330 square feet of sail area, comprising of

Gib,
Staysail,
Gaff main and gaff mizzen by Leitch at Tarbert.

Modern sail handling is achieved by Furlex drums.

lazy jacks on main and mizzen.

Brand-new Tohatsu ultra-long-shaft 6HP outboard with high-thrust propeller, remote tanks, and battery-charging facility. Fixed to Transom on a sliding tube system.

General Description

with an overall total weight of approximately 5.5 tons and draft of 4.5
ft. Fluke was first launched in 2019 at Largs Yacht Haven.
She benefits from an easily maintained GRP Hull, epoxied from new,
but with the beauty of wooden decks, bulwark and cockpit.



Deck Equipment
Anchor is a 10k Rocna with plenty of 8mm chain in an anchor locker.
The sheets pass through heavy-duty blocks to 4 Lewmar Evo self-tailing
winches.
Steering by wheel with compass, Depth/log B&G unit in the cockpit.

Fluke is a lovely little boat to sail or motor and packs a huge amount
into her modest 6 metre length of deck and 2.59 metre beam, visitors are
always surprised at the spaciousness below decks. She is well
admired wherever she sails
