Accommodation

Forward cabin with V berths and an infill to convert to a double berth. Storage, opening deck hatch, port and starboard portlights. Roll up privacy curtain with heads to starboard and to port, open hanging locker and storage locker with the locker door being used to close off the forward cabin. Saloon with bench settee to port that can be used as a single berth, U shaped settee to starboard with dining table. This table can be dropped to convert the settee to a double berth. Chart table aft of this settee and galley to port. Central companionway that can be removed to access the engine. Opening roof hatch, portlights, curtains and blinds throughout.

Comment

Launched in 1989, this is hull number 5 of only 10 built and this boat is one of five fitted out by Barbican Yacht Construction, the other five being fitted by either boatyards or owners.
This Barbican 35 has been stored ashore each winter from new. The hull was epoxied at build stage. In 2014, all the old anti-foul was removed, the hull re-epoxied. Last anti-fouled 2018. Two owners from new.
